I think it's a politics category if politics (and I'm losing the term loosely)

is included, not correct category, post deleted. And then easy to just cut out the rants and ramblings and go back to the core.

As is obvious from the back posts a few days ago, a lot of us have been here for a long time, and there are periodic flurries (it's a factor in all online communities) and this really should die down soon, but a bit of a nudge to help it do so would work.

Everyone enjoys the odd intelligent debate, but most of the recent threads don't end up as a good look for any of the participants.
