You can make some valid points. Hard to argue with some of them.

The thing is everybody thinks they are right, just like you. Those from the right, the left, and the centre - everybody thinks they are telling the truth.

its just that most people dont need to convince the others they are wrong. A plurality of beliefs is essential.

You dont make any progress by telling people they are wrong, or refusing their point of view.

Everybody needs to be allowed to to have an opinion - and your inability to allow that makes you look weak.

Just wind it in. You are not the oracle.
