Of course. No doubt there'll be an upset somewhere.

But usually, enough of the best teams in the tournament meet early on to open up the draw for a few weaker teams to sneak through - and so give someone an easier route to the final.

Thus far, the strongest teams seem to be winning their groups, and so avoiding each other in the second round. I think the QFs are going to be more evenly matched than usual.
