This does not equate to 30% extra value

I may not have sold a property to date but I have bought a few as investments so I do have a reasonable knowledge of how property is valued.
Listen we are not going to agree on this, I don’t like Angela Rayner and have always viewed her as a grifter who was inadequately equipped for her role.
I suspect you are a Labour voter so will understandably be more keen to view her position sympathetically.
I am pretty certain we will hear more in time about this case, it won’t just disappear.
If that house is genuinely valued at £650k then I will happily admit to you I was wrong to be cynical.
Equally if she is proven to have tried to disadvantage a trust set up for a disabled child I will expect you to do the same in return.
