Knifed by Magnus, no option really

I’d love to see the advice telling her to take specialist advice - it could either be fairly exculpatory (“we’re confident this is fine but for complete peace of mind you could take specialist advice”) or fairly damning (“we haven’t really got a clue, this is a very specialist area, we *think* it’s the lower rate but you really ought to talk to someone who knows more about this than we do”)
