That looks like a one day match card the vendor is holding, probably from an incarnation of the Sunday League.

I don't know about other clubs, but Hampshire would reprint the cards during the match filling in the scores so far, each morning and sometimes mid afternoon. No idea if they do that now, been a very long time since I bothered with a scorecard, given Cricinfo and detailed scoreboards.
