just finished watching an episode of "house" with hugh lauries, the credits threw up that the screenwriter is one paul attanasio. a quick google shows that he is the brother of mark.

turns out paul attanasio is one of the most successful and sought after screenwriters in hollywood.

some of his back catalogue includes "Quiz Show," "Donnie Brasco" and "Sphere" and he also created TV shows "Gideon's Crossing" and "Homicide: Life on the Street." He was also the executive producer of the smash hit "House."

paul and marks father, joe attanasio (who passed away aged 89) was also an actor known for his roles in Quiz Show (1994), Disclosure (1994) and Sleepers (1996)

Joe sang the national anthem before every home opener at the home of the brewers Miller Park until his death in 2015.

paul's daughter, anna lucia (known as annabelle), also carries the thespian torch for the attanasio family User Posted Link
