Run Norwich 10k this weekend, last one I did was 2017
And I did it under 50mins about 15mins quicker than the previous years time
Decided I’m going to do it in 2026 - started training tonight - just did 7km in an hour well chuffed with that tbh
Good luck to all doing it on Sunday, I’ll cheer you on around Carrow Road
