But, for their eras, and off the top of my head...

Fleck, Robins, Sutton, Ashton, Holt, Pukki - you could work in Bellamy and EarnShaw too.

We've also had Kane...

For my money Sutton and Ashton were the two that had that extra X-factor. It's a shame that England didn't pair Sutton up with Shearer.

Ashton's injuries were a real shame too - he had such a high ceiling talent wise I thought.
