Anyone understand the betting markets for the Champs?

Scum still favourites despite being 9 points off the pace already. Sheffield Utd plummeted to 33s from third favourite, despite having only three points less than scum.
Middlesbrough unchanged despite perfect start, whereas Coventry have gone in (because of their big win last week?).
Guess it is early days but surprises me there isn't more value and volatility.
