Had the Chelsea foot not already been there, and arrived just as the foot landed, it could be ruled a collision. Chelsea player simply puts his foot into a challenge, doesn’t get there first and is then trodden on 🤷‍♂️ Not really sure on what planet this isn’t a foul tbh
