So foul throws, moving ball for free kick etc
But nope don’t believe there’s a list but the handbook does say VAR won’t look at restart offences
This is from when Bournemouth questioned the same thing last season
Hi,
I was wondering whether you could clarify whether an attacking player being within 1m of the defensive wall at a free kick which is scored is within the remit of a VAR to check and recommend the disallowing of the goal for the offence.
If it is not within the VARs remit, please can you clarify which part of the VAR protocol in the Laws of the Game specifies that this is the case.
Thank you

Good afternoon
Thank you for your e mail and question.
This is not a matter for the VAR as the protocol does not permit involvement in the taking of restarts except in major Law error incidents such as a goal being scored directly from a throw-in or indirect free kick.
