There are a few that might sound like buildings, but aren’t really:

Arsenal is from the Royal Arsenal munitions factory (not a single building but a complex).

Aston Villa refers to the Aston Villa Wesleyan Chapel so part of a building.

Chapecoense (Brazil) comes from the city of Chapecó, not a chapel.

Newcastle is named after the town

and, PSV Eindhoven – Philips, Bayer Leverkusen – Bayer chemicals are named after workplaces/industries so ditto arsenal.
