Two things can be true at the same time

1) We need to give Manning a fair opportunity to turn it around as it is very early in the season.
2) Manning's tactics are not working and he is playing everyone out of position and this is costing us. This needs to be addressed, quickly, because if it doesn't then we are looking at another miserable season.
