Every week, four players out of the game

We don't have decent wings backs, and those playing there don't know how to play it.

The wide top two are isolated and don't know what to do.

That's four players ineffective and out of the game each week.

And our wide players in the back three look uncomfortable and out of position.

It would be hard to set the team up in a more unsuitable formation.
