Real question marks over the majority of his business, the way he handled things with Thoruo generally, and crucially for me his very odd decision to trust Thorup to be head coach while not trusting him enough to bring his own coaching team in, really handing him a poisoned chalice. Think Thorup did a lot of good in the circumstances, but that is such a wierd decision. Matching him with a bunch of people he's never worked with so they all have to learn his ideas first
