was it the 20-teens, with the widespread 2011 public disorder?

Or 2000s, with riots in NW England?

Or the 1990s, when Handsworth was looted and disorder spread to Oxford, Tyneside and Cardiff?

Or the 1980s, with the miners' strike and riots in London and Birmingham and football hooliganism?

Or the 1970s etc etc
