Funnily enough we rarely added sugar to anything much.

I'd not have said that the sugar tax has impacted me in the slightest, but would certainly agree that the tax regime and public awareness campaigns are pretty incoherent on the topic of healthy eating.

Cardiff canary Jr looks to be one of the only people at uni who cooks from scratch much of the time (air fryer reliance of beige oven food among the others seems widespread). My other half getting him a rice cooker seems to have been very formative too tbh.

Air fryers are a weird marketing thing. It's a mini convection oven.
