Yeah, since two years ago..

we have lost Sara, Rowe and Sainz, who were all capable of scoring a goal out of nothing. None of the players we have bought seem (so far) to be capable of doing that. They are decent technically capable players but there's no 'magic' X factor.
Basically if the team as a whole isn't playing well no individual is going to bail them out.
