I can remember the same being said about one day cricket, and then the T20...

"not really cricket" - but the hundred makes the game more accessible - people can enjoy the game without having to get their head around the barrage of stats. Iit's decimal, which people are brought up with now. And being a slightly shorter format it does mean that you're never quite out of the game and leads to so many close finishes.

Been some cracking cricket this year and the money coming in will mean the biggest stars will want to be in it.

You know me, I love all the forms of cricket. Been to over a dozen tests, one day games, T20 and have done eight The Hundred matches. The Hundred games are right up there for drama and atmosphere.

It's not going anywhere soon - but I'm pretty certain it'll be expanding worldwide in the future.

Also a format just ideal for the Olympics.
