Yes we have spent roughly the same as we've received, BUT...

Under the previous ownership that would not have been possible. Some of that money received would have had to be allocated to servicing the 7 or 8 figure loss that we will probably announce when the financial results come out.

Delia and Michael would not have had the financial clout to bankroll the losses. The Attanasio's do. So in effect we have spent beyond our means, knowing that someone can now pick up the bill further down the road.

Unless I've totally got that wrong - which is quite possible.
