What to do if your season ticket has disappeared from your wallet (Apple)

If your season ticket is not visible within your wallet, it is most likely that it is not receiving updates. To resolve this, follow the steps below.

Open your Apple Wallet app
Scroll to the bottom of the page and press ‘View Expired Passes’
Find your season ticket and open it
Press unhide to move your season ticket back to your wallet
Go back to your wallet and click on your ticket
Go to the three dots in the top right corner and click on ‘pass details’
Ensure that automatic updates are selected to allow your season ticket to be updated after every fixture
