Improvement for us is selling better players than the ones we have, for much more money than we currently sell them.

Bournemouth have made 200 million euros from four sales this summer.

Brighton are absolute masters at making profit on excellent players.

But no-one who goes to those clubs sees them as a hard ceiling.
