But that's what a team should pay based on the fact if it is close to the end of the window we can't replace him ..

The reason he hasn't been sold so far is because of his injury issues.
The more he plays and scores, the more those issues fade...
We also have a long term contract which means we are not desperate to get low balled.
I guarantee there has been low ball offers for him.
Having the Sainz and Rowe money in our pockets means we are not desperate to sell.
