The problem in the first game was the specific team selection

Having BOTH the CMs sitting just in front of the CBs (which Topic and Wright do) leaves a massive space in midfield for the opposition to exploit. We need one CM to be someone who plays further forward, like Nunez. It was noticeable that once Wright came on for Nunez yesterday we had the same problem and looked poor again.
Plus we played Forson in the first game, who will never be a decent wide attacking player in this league, and Schlupp at WB (who showed no attacking intention whatsoever) . Diallo is a massive upgrade on that side of the pitch.
