Once you know, could you please confirm if the refund

is
A - to your OneCity ticketing account, where it can only be spent on new ticket purchases (excl STs)
or
B - to a bank account you have nominated.

The club initially stated A but a fans' group complained and B would be a better outcime (IMO)
