We have a whole heap of midfielders that don’t work in the formation we want to play

Schwartau, slimane, forson, marcondes. There has been something not right with our CM balance since Farke’s last promotion season when skipp and emi left.

Crnac, not a midfielder, but also doesn’t really fit with the formation as he doesn’t seem to be an out and out striker but he definitely isn’t a wide man.

Daft thing is, none of the above mentioned players really suited JHT’s 4-3-3 either.

Hopefully manning can work out our best players and formation quickly.
