When I was queuing with a thousand other outside the South Stand at 3 o’clock

last Saturday, I guy I spoke to who turned out to be the Operations Manager told me that he thought that it had all gone really well, and it was the fan’s faults for arriving late. I said that it had been the same since 2.15 and he shrugged. He obviously runs the phone line too
