Ok, this is how I did it.

Click on these:
Norwich website
Login
Tickets
One City Account (think I clicked on my name)
Active Tickets
Millwall
Forward
Then choose your son in your friends and family list
Confirm and then whatever else they ask.

He will get an email, he will need to accept the transfer and add to his Google/Apple Wallet
Tell him to get there early on Saturday, it was a bit of a faff last Saturday

It’s not too bad, the big pain is having to add whoever to your friends and family list, and prior to this they will need to register and get a free customer number. You can’t just give it to a mate who’s not registered.
