He’s only just turned 19 so I wonder if he is still in his final u-19 season? In which case, not yet but in 3 weeks, he will have been with the club for 12 months before the end of his u19 season.

Not saying this is the case as I don’t know the exact rules and interpretations but wondered if he might qualify?
