Lampard vs. Gerrard

Lots of talk of dropping Lampard because he's missed lots of chances.

Personally I think Lampard has looked dangerous but not clinical so far.

The fact that he's getting into goal scoring positions (and getting a reasonable number on target) I think is pretty promising.

Gerrard has looked good too, his goals have been taken really well, but shouldn't detract from the fact that he's also hoofed a good number of chances way up into the stands.

Only point I'm trying to make is that Cole-Lampard-Gerrard all give us a real threat from the centre of the park and that although Lampard hasn't scored yet, the number of opportunities that he's carved out for himself or got on the end of is a good thing.
