Depends I suppose. I don’t think ladies playing for a big club get paid more

Than say a league 1 team. So in years to come I think they’ll want to. Depends on how women’s football adapts and tries to get more fans to club matches and attracts big sponsorship to be able to increase their rates of pay. The average women’s football pay currently is under £1k per week. League 1 men is £7k per week. League 2 is £3k per week. So the incentive is there
