Incorrect, lets examine the stats.

he made 24 apps for QPR NOT starts, not even close.

Over those 24 apps he only played 391 minutes for an average game time of 16.3 minutes.
Some of these minutes could be garbage minutes seeing out games.

Last season He made 46 apps started 37 for a total of 3393 minutes or 73.8 minutes per app.

This is why you sometimes have to dig deeper into the stats to find the real truth.

Not saying we should buy him but its worth a look.
