I'll.be mid convo or in a group of 4 and he'll say something about being

kicked in bed for snoring, and everyone just goes quiet.

He's late 50's and any picture he provides is someone 19/20. But then the names vary.
On social media he'll do "digital art" but then be all mysterious or defensive about who they are.

I'm 50% annoyed because I can't escape the bulls**t, but I'm also 50% fascinated that someone so lonely will stretch out this rubber band and lie so much about it in real life
