Phew thoughts after watching the evening game yesterday

With all the caveats about it being pre-season etc...

Medic and Darling look like a really solid pairing. Neither had a lot of defending to do, but they appear much more comfortable on the ball than Duffy/Doyle/Cordoba were last season. Medic, in particular, was my standout player, with several really well-executed offensive passes.

Mundle-Smith looked lively but faded as the game went on, and the other yoofs looked pretty raw.
