Agreed.

I’d say the same about those ‘misfits’ I mentioned earlier - their ability to speak to a crowd in no way reflected their ability to perform overall, however it’s expected that top performers and senior leaders at that level have the ability to communicate both effectively and inspirationally, to their peers.
