Your analysis of "grey" voters is way, way off the mark in my case, and that of nearly all the those I know. I was pretty left wing at 16, but I'm probably more so now
As it happens, I agree with you. I should have lost the vote at 70. The future is theirs, not ours. They are that ones that will have to survive in the mess we're leaving
