16-24 year olds get two votes each but have to use them both to vote for different parties. so, they have to quantify who they want to represent them and an alternative as it is these people who are in it for the long haul. 25 year olds to 65 year olds get one vote and 66 and above get .5 of a vote because they have had their chance and all that experience built up over the years doesn't amount to much as their shift is limited and they have largely had their say.
so that's my proposal to hm the king, do feel free to object if you will.
