Good but the booking and checkin were hilariously chaotic.
First of all they rescheduled our first leg, which would’ve arrived after our connecting flight had departed. Then they put it back again, loads of emails from them later resulted in the same as the original flight that we booked.
Then checkin at LHR was just chaos, we’d already checked in online, went to do bag drop and then told we had to manually checkin ourselves and our bags again. Everyone did. Queue was over an hour.
As I say, flight was great, (787 Dreamliner 😳) food ok. Internal flight ok on a a320.
Then used Indigo for another internal flight and they were really straightforward, checkin online, no faffing about.
I know, cool story bro eh?
