Do think we lose sight of the human element of transfers

I think part of the problem with Tzolis was this expectation that he was going to come in and perform straight away, when in actual fact we should have been clear this was a young lad who had never lived far from his home town coming to a strange country, thousands of miles from home, not knowing the language or culture and with only Giannoulis really as company.

Suspect this new lad has it a bit easier with already excellent english and seemingly really close to Oscar and knows Slimane and Denmark being a bit closer and easier to get to than Greece, but we do need to realise this is a lad moving abroad for the first time and he will need a bit of time.

I'll get off my high horse now :)
