On the BBC website Steven Finn believes that:

"If India were to declare with 15 overs - that is one new ball stint, your bowlers rest up and freshen over night and you come back tomorrow morning with similar condition and you have another attempt with a 15-over ball - that is your second bite and you are giving yourself another chance with the second new ball later tomorrow."
