1545 BST: Up to 70,000 England fans are expected in Cologne, and ahead of kick-off it looks like they have arrived on time. Every street is filled with red and white shirts, supporters and their flags. It is boisterous, hot and packed in the Old Town. Fourteen fans were arrested on Monday night, but six lads from Norwich - enjoying a beer at the Heumarkt Fan Fest - say the atmosphere is fantastic and all good-natured so far. And having beaten a Swedish team at their campsite 10-3 last night, they are optimistic England will raise their game - after two mixed performances so far.
