i don't think that's the reason, boro and sunderland are in the top five

i think and they are hardly affluent areas. we charge so much because demand outstrips supply. we need a bigger ground and a better offer with regard to hospitality etc, the ground is mired in the 80s facilities wise and apart from the big pub space in the lower barclay not much has improved infrastucture wise for the fans in nearly 50 years.
