10 million more people now than in 2000

Massive migration has reduced what used to be ok paid jobs to the gig economy. Put massive pressure on services, housing, and reduced social cohesion into the ground in many major cities.

I think the population went up 2.5 million in the corresponding period between the 1975 and 2000
