Isla St Clair- is it time to cut ties?

Little known fact that’s 1970s cohost and muse on the generation game had a penchant for cutting men’s ties in half! It happened to my dad at an ABTA conference in Sorrento. I think it was a bit of a gimmick but she was hired as a celebrity one evening and I remember this rather strange photograph of slightly overweight middle-aged business men all queueing up to have their neck ties cut in half. Rather odd.
