Doesn’t sound stupid at all. I’m very similar. I’m not

someone who particularly likes sitting down. Quite happy to be always moving and doing something. Never ever bored and if I want to relax I get on a bicycle of some sort, road, mtb etc. sitting and reading just doesn’t float my boat so I too tend to drift off.
