I do have the common decency to feel bad about it though.

THree months later, f**k-off great big bill from Powergen. Rand up n-power: "Oh the order was cancelled, why did you cancel it?", ME: "I didn't". n-power: "Oh - I'l put it thgouh again"

Three months later: f**k-off great big bill from powergen. Ring up n-power again: "What's the score?" - n-power: "THe order's been cancelled. Why did you cancel it?" Me: "I didn't". THem@ "I'll put it though again." Me: "Don't bother, pal, you clearly can't cope. I'll stick with powergen."
