Simply can’t put their prejudices aside and make a statistically informed decision. The problem with saying that in this instance that the % of offences were caused by a certain ethnicity would trigger the small minded people to then assume that ALL people of that ethnicity were probably offenders. It happens time and time again.
This is what the educated and open minded are always up against.
