LOLz .........True story.

When I went to complete my PhD in the US, being a broke student I was a TA (teaching assistant).
In the 90s I had all kinds of phrases the university kids didnt understand such as asking them to take the lift to the 3rd floor Chemistry Labs (its elevator in the US)
