depends what you need it for? fttc or fttp, city or rural?

I'd see what altnets serve your area if you need dedicated/superfast fibre, otherwise just pick whoever is offering the best deal. I've found Vodafone to be pretty good with identifying (& fixing) a problem with our line that both EE & BT had ignored.
